Northern Quality Construction is a local company based in Emmet county, Michigan, founded by Kevin Plichta. He started his construction experience nearly 20 years ago and is well versed in all different facets of construction. Kevin is a Michigan native that enjoys mountain climbing, paragliding, playing hockey, and anything that gets him outdoors.
 
Since 2015, Northern Quality Construction has been providing services in all phases of construction, including demo, framing, siding, windows and doors, roofing, flooring, trim-work, kitchens, bathrooms, and much more. We take pride in everything we do for our clients and our proud of the solid reputation we have gained in Harbor Springs, Petoskey and surrounding areas. Kevin becomes a full-time employee of JR Construction Building & Design, a family owned business specializing in home remodeling.

Schooling and Certifications

Kevin attended Northwestern Michigan College M-TEC certificate program for 2 years.

Northern Quality Construction Established

Kevin creates Northern Quality Construction (NQC), a solo venture specializing in home enhancements; flooring, roofing, decks, windows and doors, kitchen and bath, painting, etc.
